Lesson Schedule and Cancellations

1. Lessons will be scheduled based on the availability of both the student and myself.
2. Cancellations or rescheduling of lessons must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed lesson.
3. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, I will do our best to accommodate the student’s needs and schedule a new lesson at a convenient time.

Attendance and Punctuality

1. Students are expected to attend each lesson on time and ready to learn.
2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson, as I may have other lessons scheduled afterwards.
3. If student missed a lesson without prior notice or cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time, the lesson fee may still be charged.

Lesson Conduct

1. Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during their lessons.
2. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
3. Inappropriate or offensive language or behaviour may result in immediate termination of lessons.

Payment

1. To confirm your lesson, payment must be made 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson.
2. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at my discretion.

By enrolling in my lessons, you agree to abide by this lesson policy. I reserve the right to make changes to this policy as necessary.
