Academic Music Lessons
As an official examiner of Cambridge International’s IGCSE Music, I understand the requirements across the different examination boards of GCSE and A-Level. Meanwhile, having done IB Music myself back in the days and achieved the highest grade, I understand their unique requirements equally well. On the other hand, AP Music requires a lot more musicianship skills, which are more akin to the ABRSM’s Aural and Theory Courses that I teach.
All this means that the Academic Music Lessons that I offer are extremely tailored to students’ individual needs, as well as their strength and weakness. Students may require assistance on a wide range of topics, such as music theory, history, analysis, composition, listening skills, and essay writing – all of which I am capable of teaching. So, whether students need help in only one area or all of them, I always work with them to create a customised learning plan that helps them achieve their academic goals.
With my academic music lessons, students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their music studies and achieve the grades they deserve!
